Asia Life Travel & Trade Co., Ltd– Booking Terms & Conditions

Asia Life Travel & Trade Co., Ltd is a local Destination Management Company (DMC) providing travel services across Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Thailand. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through Asia Life Travel’s network.

We kindly ask that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By requesting us to confirm your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out in this document, as well as any specific requirements related to your selected tour program.

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Asia Life Travel & Trade Co., Ltd”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Asia Life Travel & Trade Co., Ltd, including any of our subsidiaries.
  • “You”, “your”, “client”, or “customer” refers to all individuals named in the booking (including anyone added or substituted at a later date), as applicable.
  • “Tour”, “holiday”, “package”, “booking”, “contract”, or “arrangements” refer to the travel services booked through Asia Life Travel & Trade Co., Ltd, unless otherwise specified.

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to comply with the conditions outlined herein, and understand the nature and requirements of the tour program you have selected.


1. Reservation & Confirmation
All reservations must be made through the head office of Asia Life Travel & Trade Co., Ltd via email. Once the service is confirmed, an invoice will be issued by Asia Life Travel & Trade Co., Ltd and sent to the client or agency by email or fax.

2. Deposit & Payment Policy

  • A 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment must be made at least 30 days before departure, via bank transfer or credit card. All bank fees or transfer charges must be covered by the client.
  • Pre-payment procedures during high or peak seasons may vary depending on the accommodation provider's policy. Asia Life Travel & Trade Co., Ltd will inform you of the specific requirements for each individual case.
  • Upon receipt of full payment, we will issue your hotel voucher and/or final itinerary confirmation by email or fax.

3. Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Card:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. To make a secure payment, please request the SSL-protected online payment link from our travel consultants.

Note:

  • A convenience fee of 3% applies to payments made by Visa or MasterCard (credit or debit).
  • A 3.2% fee applies to payments made by American Express.
    Please note that Asia Life Travel & Trade Co.,Ltd is headquartered in Vietnam, and international card-issuing banks may apply additional charges for foreign transactions. These fees are imposed by the banks and are not the responsibility of Asia Life Travel & Trade Co.,Ltd. We do not include these convenience fees in our service quotations.

Bank Transfer:
Our travel consultants will provide detailed instructions for payment via bank transfer.

 

4. Children Policy

  • A maximum of one child may share a parent’s existing bed.
  • Children under 2 years old: Free for land services (airline fees may apply).
  • Children aged 2–6: 50% of adult price (may vary by case).
  • Children aged 7–11: 75% of adult price (may vary by case).
  • Children 12 years and older: Charged at full adult price.

5. Booking Amendments

You may request changes to your booking after confirmation. Please email sales@asialifetravel.com with your booking number. Our team will assist with the amendment process and notify you of any additional charges before proceeding.


6. Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of USD $100 per person applies upon tour confirmation. Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • 45+ days before arrival: Non-refundable deposit, plus any supplier cancellation fees (e.g., airline, hotel, Cruise, train).
  • 44–31 days before arrival: 30% of booking + supplier cancellation fees.
  • 30–15 days before arrival: 50% of booking + supplier cancellation fees.
  • 14–7 days before arrival: 70% of booking + supplier cancellation fees.
  • Less than 7 days or No-show: 100% of booking.

Note: The non-refundable deposit and banking service charges are forfeited in all cancellation cases.
 

7. Unused Services

No refunds are provided for unused services once the tour has commenced. However, in the event that a trip is interrupted due to the client’s health, Asia Life Travel & Trade Co., Ltd will make every effort to secure a partial or full refund for the unused services from the relevant service providers.


8. Liability Disclaimer
Asia Life Travel & Trade Co., Ltd
is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by passengers during travel. Additional costs incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, epidemics, or political unrest are the responsibility of the traveler. We highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

We reserve the right to adjust itineraries or accommodations due to airline schedules or local conditions. Any such changes will be substituted with services of similar value. Participation in our tours constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Asia Life Travel & Trade Co., Ltd is committed to delivering all services as agreed upon and outlined in the confirmed travel program.
Clients are responsible for their own actions. Any activities undertaken outside the scope of the travel program or any violations of the laws of the host country are solely the responsibility of the clients and do not fall under the liability of Asia Life Travel & Trade Co., Ltd.

9. Passport & Visa Requirements

Travelers must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond their intended entry date. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess all necessary visas and travel documentation.


10. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive coverage for trip cancellations, lost baggage, medical emergencies, and other travel-related risks. If you choose to decline travel insurance, a waiver must be signed. We can suggest insurance options upon request.
