We booked a trip for two through Asia Life Travel. The travel agent named Nga was professional, kind, flexible and open to changes and planned the trip very well. The tour guide named Sunny, who has extensive knowledge, led us on the trip in a wonderful way, was attentive to our needs, gave good recommendations and is a friendly person. We will return to travel to Vietnam with this company.

We traveled to Vietnam from September 25 to 30 and used Asia Life Travel for our trip. We were extremely happy with their service! The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help, while the drivers were careful and consistently on time.

We were on a tight schedule from Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Halong Bay - to the airport.. and we didn't have time to muck about and make timely mistakes..so we booked through Nga - everything ran like clockwork - from the tour guide to Ninh binh to the same driver who picked and dropped us off everywhere.
The accommodation organised in Ninh Binh was exactly as I asked .. just out of Tam coc right in the mountains..made for an amazing early morning bike ride and the pool with bar finished our day superbly..
My only recommendation would be to list exactly what you want to see in the places you go; We missed Mua caves.. was assumed it would have been to hard for our kids .. but it was the one thing I was ultimately looking forward to. However all the other highlights were there and we cannot fault the communication; service and the extras that made our trip very special (even a cake organised for our miss 9s.bday xxx .. Thankyou Nga !

The agency set up a private half day tour of Siem Reap, Cambodia for me. The guide and driver were excellent and gauged the tour to my specific interests. The agency also arranged airport transfers which all went smoothly. The agent also kept in constant contact with me to make sure everything was alright. I will book with them again on my upcoming trip to Thailand.

Wow! Our group of six completed a wonderful four days, personalized tour with Nga and Sunny from Asia Life Travel. This was a trip to commemorate our beloved father’s childhood homeland. And Nga and Sunny treated us like family and provided a once in a lifetime experience for everyone.

Sunny was able to show us where my father grew up and went to college in the 36 Streets of Ha Noi, hiked up above the clouds at Yen Tu Mountain, experienced Ha Noi’s popular Train Street, and arranged a personal cruise ship to enjoy the islands of Ha Long Bay (where Sunny rescued two kayakers!).

My family of four just finished a fantastic 3 days 2 nights tour of Sapa with Asia Life Travel. I learned about this Travel agency through a friend's recommendation, and they certainly reached up to our expectations.

We had the opportunity to explore the most beautiful terraced fields in Muong Hoa Valley and visit the charming Lao Chai and Ta Van villages. The cable car tickets to the summit of Fansipan were booked in advance, making everything convenient for us. My wife and children were truly captivated by the stunning natural beauty.
