Meet your guide and driver at hotel for a drive along the lush Red River to Bat Trang village, where artisans have been crafting pottery for over 500 years.
Discover the process of creating traditional ceramic products, from selecting and processing the clay to shaping, decorating, glazing, and finally firing the ceramics.
As you stroll through the village, explore hundreds of shops showcasing various styles. Make a visit the historic Bat Trang communal house, and walk along the narrow paths leading to the central ceramic market. You’ll even have the chance to try your hand at making your own ceramics under the guidance of skilled artisans.After lunch, continue your journey to Thon Cao, a long-established incense-making village.
