  • Day 1 : Cook the best Vietnamese food.

    You will be picked up from your hotel by the food introducter to discover the local wet market which has lasted for over a century. Interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients that are used in the cooking lesson later.
    Make a short transfer to the cooking class and join-in on a short talk on the art of Hanoian gastronomy, vegetables, herbs and spices. 
    The chef will share his/her pride of Vietnamese cuisines and the secrets on how to make them absolutely delicious. Prepare and cook dish by dish then enjoy a meal at the end of the lesson.

    You should take the detail recipe for later practice. 
     

    Note: The itinerary is available for both private and sharing cooking class.
